I am an experienced executive and leader with a proven track-record in people oriented Business Transformation as member of the IT board at Swiss Railways SBB, centralization and digitization of the corporate training at SBB as member of the HR Board, Director of Coordination of the Swiss School System at the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education, Swiss Representative for Education at the Council of Europe and European Union, and as Lecturer and Vice-Director of the Romanist Seminar of Methodology and Didactics at the Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich.

As chairperson / vice-chairperson / member of national and international governing boards, I build on my PhD in change management & learning acquisition, Global Master of Business Administration, 20+ years of professional experience in education and HR, proven track record of successful leadership, high level of social competence, and fluency in four languages.

Lecturing at different universities, speaking at events and publishing papers on digital transformation and human potential constantly keeps me at the forefront of trends and lets me expand my professional network.
